“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”

~ Socrates

To the Japanese, everyone has an Ikigai (pronounced ee-key-guy), the place where passion, mission, vocation, and profession intersect ~ our unique talent that gives us meaning and drive to share our best.

Our challenge is to find our Ikigai and follow it.

My Ikigai is helping others discover their passion and the unique skills and talents they have often been skillfully avoiding throughout their lives.

I am told that I’m a natural connector. I love to research, interview, untangle possibilities, discover strengths, help develop and progress goals, increase focus and commitment, link people to resources, and resolve concerns in helping others move forward to what’s next.  My work in healthcare, education, fundraising and multiple volunteer roles developed my interest in and love of helping others. And my professional grounding and experience in human resources has cemented my ability to coach others towards their purpose.

From my mother’s early death, I’ve learned how truly brief life can be. It’s never too late to “go for it” and feel the joy and passion of who we are and what we were meant to be and do.

Thank you for devoting some of your time to help me. You went out of your way and it made all the difference. Your insights are very precious to me.

Thank you again for the help, not only did you help me pull my plan off  in great style but I learned TONS from your approach, so I'm doubly thankful!

Linda is gifted. She one of the most talented and creative people I’ve ever worked with. And she’s wise, warm, good natured and always fun to be with.

Nobody builds a creative project to make a difference like Linda.

I’ve worked beside Linda in both her professional and volunteer roles. She always creates excitement and positive energy always but she positively “glows” when helping others discover their passions and unique talents.  Linda is a fabulous mentor and coach.
